Returns and cancellations

Due to EU distance selling laws you can return items within 14 days after purchase. Contact us at mayahoneybeads@gmail.com.


All items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
Buyer pays return shipping and it is non refundable.

Cancellation of the order

Cancellation is possible within 3 hours after purchase. We pack and handle packages to postal services really fast. When order is packed and is out of our hands cancellation is not possible.


Unclaimed, force return or wrong address packages
Refunds for the goods only - no shipping charges will be refunded for such packages.

In case customer refuses to pay VAT, custom duty or any other shipping tax upon arrival of the package we consider this as forced return.

Refunds

Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Refunds are made only after we get the products back in original condition.
