Returns and cancellations
Due to EU distance selling laws you can return items within 14 days after purchase. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
Buyer pays return shipping and it is non refundable.
Cancellation of the order
You can cancel your order withing 3 hours after purchase.
In case of cancellation of the order we charge 10% restocking fee. This fee is non-refundable.
DHL packages return
If upon arrival of DHL package customer refuses to pay custom taxes of their country or refuses to take the package for any reason - we have to pay DHL shipping rate to get this package back to us and also pay taxes on our end upon arrival of the package. We will have to keep all extra shipping and custom fees from refund amount in this case which can be up to 30% of the order price.
Cancellation is possible within 3 hours after purchase. We pack and handle packages to postal services really fast. When order is packed and is out of our hands cancellation is not possible.
Unclaimed, force return or wrong address packages We don't offer refunds on packages that were not claimed (not picked up) by customer.
In case customer refuses to pay VAT, custom duty or any other shipping tax upon arrival of the package we consider this as forced return.
We don't offer refunds on such packages.
This rule doesn't apply to DHL returns - please check DHL return rule above.
Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Refunds are made only after we get the products back in original condition.
Exchanges (if applicable) We don't replace items unless they are defective or damaged.
If the items do now work for you and you would like to exchange them - customer pays return shipping fee and also the cost of shipping for package with exchanged product that will be send to the customer.
