Returns and cancellations

Due to EU distance selling laws you can return items within 14 days after purchase. Contact us at mayahoneybeads@gmail.com.

All items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

Returns by Regular (state) post

Buyer pays return shipping and it is non refundable.

Please, specify in custom declaration that it is return of the goods and state custom value of the package as 0.
In case of custom declaration is filled with errors and we have to pay custom fees upon arrival of such package - we will have to keep all fees from refund amount or refuse such package.

DHL packages return

If upon arrival of DHL package customer refuses to pay custom taxes of their country or refuses to take the package for any reason - we have to pay DHL shipping rate to get this package back to us and also pay taxes on our end upon arrival of the package. We will have to keep all extra shipping and custom fees from refund amount in this case.

Cancellation is possible within 3 hours after purchase. We pack and handle packages to postal services really fast. When order is packed and is out of our hands cancellation is not possible.

Unclaimed and Wrong address packages
If we got your package that was sent by regular (state) mail back as unclaimed by recipient or wrong shipping address was given - we can re-ship this package for extra cost according to postal prices. All original free ship packages can be re-send for extra cost only.

This rule doesn't apply to DHL returns - please check DHL return rule above.

Refunds

Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
