Unclaimed and Wrong address packages
If we got your package that was sent by regular (state) mail back as unclaimed by recipient or wrong shipping address was given - we can re-ship this package for extra cost according to postal prices. All original free ship packages can be re-send for extra cost only.
This rule doesn't apply to DHL returns - please check DHL return rule above.
Refunds
Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mayahoneybeads@gmail.com.
