Unclaimed, force return or wrong address packages
We don't offer refunds on packages that were not claimed (not picked up) by customer.

In case customer refuses to pay VAT, custom duty or any other shipping tax upon arrival of the package we consider this as forced return.

We don't offer refunds on such packages.

This rule doesn't apply to DHL returns - please check DHL return rule above.

Refunds

Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Refunds are made only after we get the products back in original condition.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We don't replace items unless they are defective or damaged.

If the items do now work for you and you would like to exchange them - customer pays return shipping fee and also the cost of shipping for package with exchanged product that will be send to the customer. Such transaction doesn't fall under free shipping promo in our shop. If you assistance, send us an email at mayahoneybeads@gmail.com.
