is possible within 3 hours after purchase. We pack and handle packages to postal services really fast. When order is packed and is out of our hands cancellation is not possible.
Unclaimed, force return or wrong address packages
We don't offer refunds on packages that were not claimed (not picked up) by customer.
In case customer refuses to pay VAT, custom duty or any other shipping tax upon arrival of the package we consider this as forced return.
We don't offer refunds on such packages.

Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Refunds are made only after we get the products back in original condition.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We don't replace items unless they are defective or damaged.
If the items do now work for you and you would like to exchange them - customer pays return shipping fee and also the cost of shipping for package with exchanged product that will be send to the customer.
