Unclaimed and Wrong address packages
We got your package that was sent by regular (state) mail back as unclaimed by recipient or wrong shipping address was given we there are 2 options:
- refund with 10% restocking fee that we charge on total amount of your order
- re-shipping package for extra cost according to postal prices.
All original free ship packages can be re-send for extra cost only.
This rule doesn't apply to DHL returns - please check DHL return rule above.
Refunds
Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Refunds are made only after we get the products back in original condition.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We don't replace items unless they are defective or damaged.
If the items do now work for you and you would like to exchange them - customer pays return shipping fee and also the cost of shipping for package with exchanged product that will be send to the customer.
